Getting help faster
Include what you can of the following, and most issues get resolved in one reply:
- The email address on your account
- The tool name, for example
apify.reddit-search - The invocation ID or the
metablock from the call's JSON result - Roughly when the call ran
Billing
- Charged for a failed call? Fixed-price tools should only charge on success. If a failed call cost you money, email us with the invocation ID and we will credit it back.
- Top-up problems. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; your receipt comes from them. If a top-up was charged but your balance did not increase, send us the Dodo receipt and we will fix it.
- Refunds. Unused purchased balance is refundable on request. Promotional credit is not.
